Safety

The safety data sheets are available on the product page for every product.

Every product has storage instructions on the label, generally on the back panel faq. Storage details are also included in the safety data sheet.

If a product has an expiry date it will be printed on the packaging.

Dangerous goods are substances that are corrosive, flammable, combustible, explosive, oxidising or water-reactive or have other hazardous properties. Dangerous goods can cause explosions or fires, serious injury, death and large-scale damage. Ensure you following the manufacturer’s instructions for storage and handling. Please ensure you read the Safety Data Sheet prior to first use.

Payment is required at time of placing order using a credit or debit card. Our preferred method is via Shopify Payments.

Returns & Refunds

Please contact our customer service team to assist you with your return (sales.au@getinge.com). Getinge must give written approval for the goods to be returned, and then the goods must be received in a saleable condition (treated as accepted under clause 10 of our Ts & Cs). It is your responsibility to cover the freight costs to get the goods back to Getinge. Once the goods have been received in a saleable condition will a refund be issued to your credit card. A handling charge equivalent to 25% of the price of the goods returned may be charged.

Delivery & Tracking

The expected delivery time for metro deliveries is 48 hours, and for non-metro its 3-5 days. Please note deliveries may take longer due to COVID-19 impacts.
